How do I register for the UK Mining Conference?

How do I register for a CIS or ESTA event?

Open the relevant event page and follow its registration instructions. Where a registration link is not displayed, contact the Jay One team for the current arrangements.

Does one booking include everything in an event programme?

Please check what is included in the option you select. Do not assume that additional sessions, dinners, site visits or other activities are covered by the same booking. Contact the team before booking if anything is unclear.

Can you help with accessibility requirements?

Please contact us before booking to discuss the arrangements for your chosen event. Requirements and facilities vary between venues and activities, so the team will need to check the relevant details with you.

How should I tell you about dietary requirements?

Use the relevant event’s approved registration process or contact the team to discuss your needs. Please raise food allergies and other requirements before the event so the appropriate arrangements can be checked. Do not put sensitive health information into the general enquiry form.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Contact the team with your booking reference and the change you are requesting. The options and any charges depend on the terms that apply to your particular event and booking.

I have not received a booking email. What should I do?

Check your junk or spam folder, then contact the team with the event name, the email address used and any reference shown when you submitted your booking. Please do not make a second payment without checking the position first.

Who should I contact about an invoice?

Email accounts@jayone.co.uk with the invoice number, booking reference and event name. Do not send full payment card details by email or through the general enquiry form.

Is Jay One the same organisation as The CIS or UKMC?

Jay One Events organises events for these communities. Information about The CIS itself is available on the Society’s website; the dedicated UKMC website carries the conference programme and participation information.
